This workshop focuses on the development of strategies for identifying and addressing common, yet complex ethical issues concerning confidentiality that healthcare professionals face in their practice. Current legal references will be provided concerning relevant confidentiality statutes and the ethical codes of practice for various healthcare professionals. Risk management strategies will also be identified.
